I'll dye up some more Molly after Gencon which will probably be around the 21st for my next update unless I have stuff left over from Stitches. The next 2 1/2 weeks are going to be busy and fun! =) I'll get your order out today, I trust that the echeck will clear. =) If not. . . . I have your address and live in Iowa. . . . =P j/k =)KnittingHawkeyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17083069348340159061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363968.post-78339780238906934222007-08-04T09:26:00.000-05:002007-08-04T09:26:00.000-05:00My condolences on the save the dates. Really, this...My condolences on the save the dates. Really, this is the stuff weddings are made of. Now that it's out of the way, everyone can just relax and let the celebration unfold. Maybe you could make a game of it - at the wedding, have people try to find each other - match names with proper addresses... Maybe casting on numerous projects is a good thing- that way you have plenty of projects ready to go.Jknitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07067398376360271947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363968.post-83854915531693986172007-08-04T09:02:00.000-05:002007-08-04T09:02:00.000-05:00You realty do have lots in the works...knitting wi...You realty do have lots in the works...knitting wise and family wise. Those are cute cards/magnets. I am a dpn gal too, but sometimes I like two circs if the pattern is more circular friendly.monicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16774976566064027341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363968.post-52066657156669175022007-08-03T15:59:00.000-05:002007-08-03T15:59:00.000-05:00Jane,I'm so glad you found me! :-) If you email m...Jane,
I'm so glad you found me! :-) If you email me I would be happy to send you my modified pattern of the Vintage Bubble bag... I found your blog because I was looking for someone who had knit the Vintage Balloon Bag and now I am here to stay!
I wanted to ask you: how did you modify the bag? Did you use the three-needle bind off? Kitchener stitch? I saw that you knotted the handles...did you make them longer?
Thanks for the help,
JaneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363968.post-209296241500355352007-08-03T09:31:00.000-05:002007-08-03T09:31:00.000-05:00Oops!What a cute idea with the magnets, though.I l...Oops!
What a cute idea with the magnets, though.

I like the 2 circs, the magic loop, and dpns for different projects. :)

Harry Potter was great! Just think - at the wedding they can wear name tags that say "Ignore my mail - my name is actually Allison." I too love those save the date cards! As to socks - I have just cast on my first pair (photo soon) and my LYS is going to stock 12 inch addi's in size 2 (and other sizes). How cool is that? So right now they are on sox stix DPN's but as soon as I get those 12" ones I'm switching! She has also ordered some 11" needles form another company! Also jealous about Harry - i still need to read book 6 . . . .Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06232308105480608440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363968.post-9210514491316298212007-08-02T16:57:00.000-05:002007-08-02T16:57:00.000-05:00i'm a DPN girl myself... just feels right.i'm a DPN girl myself... just feels right.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363968.post-24372121661775481702007-08-02T16:41:00.000-05:002007-08-02T16:41:00.000-05:00OMG, Janice.
