My Life is a Comedy.....

Have you seen the movie "Stranger Than Fiction"? Well, in the movie, the main character is given the assignment of journaling about his life to try and determine if he is living a comedy or a tragedy. Well, based on the events of yesterday, I am definitely living a comedy!!

Yes, that is me. A friend called whose llamas had gotten loose, and after 3 different attempts and 5 1/2 hours, we finally managed to capture them. To give you a little picture of the town I live in, this happened to be the TOP NEWS STORY of our paper today.

Here's a link to the article. Go ahead. Laugh it up. I'd rather be living a comedy than a tragedy.....

Until next time....

Hi mom, you look hilarious! Way to chase those llamas! Glad Misty isn't my llama anymore...

Janice, that is too funny. I guess the good side is that you live in an area that it can be the main story.

That is too much! We've had our share of chasing wayward animals but we've never made it into the paper!
The best story was when my dh was in high school, he and his brothers decided to put the cattle & horses in the same small pasture. They all freaked out, broke down the fence, and a bunch of them ran all over, some of them even went across the big highway that's right by us. You can imagine how happy his dad was! ; )

OMG, Janice! I LOVE the action shot of you. LOL! That is hilarious.

Sheesh, I thought I had it rough when my 9 lb dog scooted out the front door the other day and I had to run about 10 feet before I caught him.

Wow----I feel privileged to have such a "famous" friend! I sent the article to Michael in Japan. He'll get a kick out of it. (smiley face)

I will now think of you as "Janice the Llama Wrangler" I think it would be great to live somewhere where that is the big news of the day.
