We just got in from a romp in the snow. I don't remember the last time that we have had this much snow on Christmas. It's beautiful. And when seen through the eyes of a puppy.. actually FUN!!
Sophie loves to retrieve the frisbee....
And play tug-of-war with Sumo!
I played against both of them for a bit, but that is a lot of lab to pull against!!
Sumo is doing pretty well trudging through the snow. He has some trouble with some of the deeper drifts, but for the most part does great.
We have a very quiet Christmas planned. With A in Antartica and R & M at her folks', it's just Steve, K and I. Christmas Day Steve's dad and his wife will join us for dinner. We will celebrate with my extended family on Saturday in Minneapolis. On Tuesday A will be home from his trip and we will open our gifts then.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas. Praying you are surrounded by family and friends and truly celebrate the Reason for the Season.
Until Next Time....

We're having a quiet Christmas, too, following a two-week trip to Florida. Yes, I missed the ice, the cold. Tee, hee. Enjoy your time with K.
Blessings on you and your whole family at this wonderful time of year.

I miss Sophie! Looks like a fun time in the snow for all.
You know, you could just get in the car and head on down here to spend Christmas with us. Just sayin'.
;-)
You got some wonderful pics of your pups in the snow!! They look like they're having a blast. My youngest would sure love some snow like that, but we've mainly just got ice!
Have a wonderful Christmas!!
What great shots of Sofie in action. Gee, if we ever receive snow like that here in the DC Metro area everything would shut down. I sure hope we get a nice snow storm but I want it on my terms. To wake up during the week and know that I get a snow day from work.
Merry Christmas!
What wonderful shots of you and your dogs. You need to go see Marley and Me sometime. It was really fun...although I could have done without the ending. I hate that dogs get old so quickly.
Lovely pictures Janice, but I'm glad the snow is yours and not here. Happy New Year! I'm looking forward to seeing you again in April.
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Have a safe and happy New Year!!
